  2. Open the little square boxes on the top right of the screen and scrool down to Classroom, click on the icon.
  3. Click on the little + at the top right and selecct Join Class
  4. Type in that code and it should add you to the class so you can see the worksheets.

Math

Log on Khan and work on your  assignments or Math Misssion. I will be able to see that you have logged in so no need to send me an email. If you don’t have a password remember that you can sign in to your school email and then allow access when you go to www.khanacademy.com . Since we have had 2 days off you should have logged  2 sessions of  about 40 minutes each  for a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes.

For those without access to Khan or those just not wanting to do Khan: Day 1: you can  make up ten 4 digit by 3 digit decimal problems and work them, show all work and 10 mixed number fraction problems with unlike denominators. To receive credit for the work you will need to turn it in and have shown all work. Day 2: Think about things that you buy that comes with more than 1 when you buy it (for example a 6 pack of cokes) and make a list. If you have sales papers or access to a computer write down the cost of some of these items. We will use these lists when we return to work on unit rates (the cost for a single item).

Mrs. Gisbson’s Science work:

Day 1: Write at least one full page on your favorite section of science (Earth, Physical, Life, Earth and Space) Include why it is your favorite, any work or experiements in that area and supplies used in it.

Day 2: Write at least 1 full page on your least favorite section of science, include details and be specific as to why are not fond of this.

Mr. Steele will expect that you have made some progress on your AR books, make sure you are reading. Bring in a summary of what you have read. Be sure to use the tools you are learning in DGP. Write a summary of what you did on your days off to enjoy the snow...or to avoid the snow.
